Suspicious Activities By China And Pakistan In Indian Ocean

The Indian Navy is very cautious in the Indian Ocean because of the suspicious activities of China and Pakistan are continuously increasing in the region. The Navy has increased aquatic and air surveillance in the region. Satellite is also being resorted to keeping an eye on this area by quoting sources.

According to media reports, the Indian Navy came to know about the presence of Pakistani Navy PNA Yarmuk in the Indian Ocean region. The vessel is returning from Romania to Pakistan via the Red Sea. After this, surveillance has been increased in this area. The presence of tanker of Chinese Navy Type Y901 class has been detected in the eastern Indian Ocean region. This tanker was tracked by the Indian Navy at the time of its entry from Malacca Strait Central. The Navy is monitoring its activity.

The Navy has also deployed P8I surveillance planes for research. The Coast Guard is also guarding the maritime borders. Indian Navy continuously monitor all Chinese ships entering the Indian Ocean region from the Malacca Strait near Malaysia. The Navy’s search aircraft P8I detected seven warships of the Chinese Navy which were active in the Indian Ocean region.
