Guwahati : China’s People’s Liberation Army has steBpped up patrolling in sensitive areas of Arunachal Pradesh. With this, area intensive patrolling has been increased to keep an eye on the new troops involved. The construction, which the Pentagon describes as a Chinese village within the Indian border, has long been a permanent pla military camp, the headquarters of the US Department of Defense (Pentagon). This has been confirmed by a senior official of Arunachal Pradesh. The Pentagon report claims that China has entered about 4.5 km in the Arunachal Pradesh border and settled a village. More than 10,000 houses are visible.
The village is situated in Tsari Chu village of Upper Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh. Additional Deputy Commissioner DJ Bora, posted in Kaduka Division, Upper Subansiri, said that when he conducted the survey in 2020, the civic settlement in the disputed area was far away. The area is occupied by the Chinese Army (PLA). “During the survey, we have a lot of big houses in the area that looked like establishments built for military purposes,” Bora said. The disputed land that China has occupied is originally from the Tagin community. In Arunachal Pradesh, full land ownership used to be a privilege for the community, tribe or tribes on most lands before 2018.
Thereafter, Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) (Amendment) formulated a provision under which people are given the right to ownership of land without any other claim. On the other hand, China has deployed J-16D fighter warfare aircraft in the Indo-China border areas of Arunachal Pradesh. The fighter aircraft is said to be an expert in electronic warfare. On the report, the official said that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is training the Air Force’s J-16D Electronic Warfare aircraft for war. China intends to field the J-16D with a J-20 fighter jet. China recently displayed the fighter aircraft at the Airshow China 2021 held at Zhuhai in Guangzhou province. However, the Lieutenant General of the Indian Army Tezpur headquarters said that the Chinese Air Force is not powerful from India. He also said that we are fully prepar and the Indian Air Force have waited for PM Modi and the Defence Ministry to get the green signal. According to a report by a Lieutenant General of the Indian Army Tezpur headquarters, India has about 270 fighter aircraft and 68 ground attack fighter jets. India has built several airstrips along the Border with China in the last few decades from where these fighter jets can fly easily. According to the study, China also has a fleet of 157 fighter jets and a small drone. The study suggests that China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force uses eight bases in the border area adjoining India, but most of them are civilian airspace. According to the report, the Indian Air Force’s Mirage 2000 and Sukhoi Su 30 fighter jets have an edge over China’s J-10, J-11 and Su-27 fighter jets. China has deployed these aircraft along the border with India. Indian Mirage 2000 and SU-30 jets are all-weather, multi-roll aircraft while China’s J-10 is the only one with such qualifications. A Bellfer study suggests that China has strengthened its eastern and southern parts to protect them from the alleged US threat. Due to this, four of its airfields in the Western Region have been weakened.
Meanwhile, the Congress has asked the Centre to clarify the position on China’s infiltration into Arunachal Pradesh and also alleged that the government’s approach was like a “head in the sand”, which is damaging the country’s territorial sovereignty. Congress spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill said in a tweet that “Indians are getting to know about a village built by China in Arunachal through a pentagon, USA report – when will the BJP government tell the people of India about China’s audacity and illegal occupation – BJP government” Major Sand” approach is detrimental to India’s territorial sovereignty! “This has now been confirmed by an annual report by the Pentagon to the US Congress,” Congress party spokesman Pawan Kheda said. Report – ‘Military and Security Development associated with the People’s Republic of China, 2021’c onfirms that China has infiltrated 4.5 km deep inside Arunachal Pradesh region in our region.
